Shipping Policy

All in stock orders received before 12 noon, on a business day, will ship out same day unless otherwise notified. Please process all order requests through this website.  For questions or unique ordering situations, please send a request through our "Contact" page. Standard shipping is UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns of new and unused products are accepted within 45 days of purchase date. To make a return, we require proof of purchase. When return is received, we will notify customer of receipt and whether return is accepted. There is a 12% restocking fee and 3% credit card fee for all returns. Refunds will be processed within 7 days and customers will be notified with an emailed receipt.

​Exchanges can be replaced if defective or damaged. Please email a picture of the defective product and contact information to service@boarhogtools.com. We will contact you with any questions and whether the product is able to be exchanged. Once exchange is approved, please send defective product to:
